We share information only as reasonably needed for those functions, to complete your requested service, to protect rights and safety, or when required by applicable law.

Retention and security

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and our systems, including role-based access for Catalyst records and private storage for job documents and applicant résumés. We retain records for operational, accounting, legal, safety, dispute-resolution, and business-continuity purposes and remove or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.
