2→0 TRASH policies and terms

Service agreement

Service agreement

This agreement explains the general terms for 2→0 TRASH on-demand removal and cleanout services. Your specific quote, approved scope, appointment details, written change orders, and any additional terms presented before payment or acceptance are part of the service agreement for that job.

1. Authority to remove items

You confirm that you own the items being removed or have permission and legal authority to authorize their removal. Do not ask us to remove property that is disputed, abandoned without authority, subject to an ownership dispute, or otherwise not yours to dispose of.

2. Quotes and scope

Quotes are based on the information available when we review the request, including item type, amount, apparent volume/weight, access, stairs, carry distance, parking, disassembly, heavy-item handling, disposal category, timing, and crew/vehicle requirements. A quote may require additional review when photos or descriptions are incomplete or conditions are unusual.

3. Changes at the job

If the actual items, conditions, access, labor, disposal requirements, or requested work differ from the confirmed scope, we will document the change and request approval before performing billable added work. You may decline added work and keep the job limited to the previously approved scope when that can be done safely and reasonably.

4. Access and site readiness

You are responsible for providing lawful access, accurate gate/building instructions, safe working conditions, and any permissions required by your building or property. Please identify items that must stay, protect valuables, secure pets, and disclose fragile finishes, hazards, pests, contamination, sharps, or other unusual conditions.

5. Restricted items

We may refuse any item or condition that is unsafe, prohibited by law or receiving-facility rules, requires licensing/equipment we do not provide, or was not adequately disclosed before arrival. Review the Prohibited & Restricted Items page before booking unusual materials.

6. Scheduling

Arrival windows are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly confirm otherwise. Traffic, disposal facilities, weather, access delays, earlier jobs, equipment, or safety conditions can affect timing. We will communicate meaningful delays when reasonably possible.

7. Payment

Required deposits, balances, payment methods, and due dates are shown in the quote, invoice, customer portal, or direct payment instructions. A payment is treated as received only after it is confirmed by the applicable payment system or verified in our records.

8. Property protection and existing conditions

Our crews are expected to work carefully and reasonably protect the service area. Please identify pre-existing damage, unusually fragile surfaces, concealed utilities, unsafe structures, or special protection requirements before work starts. Normal movement of large items through tight or imperfect spaces carries some risk; conditions that cannot be handled reasonably safely may require a different plan or refusal of the affected work.

9. Completion and concerns

We encourage a final walkthrough when practical. If something about the completed service does not match the confirmed scope or our service standards, contact us promptly with the job number and details so we can review it under the Best-Service Guarantee.
